Kitchen Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our multi-cuisine kitchen, specializing in Indian, Chinese, and Italian cuisine. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent food quality, maintain hygiene and safety standards, supervise kitchen staff, and support efficient kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the Indian, Chinese, and Italian kitchen sections.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented according to recipes and quality standards.
• Coordinate and monitor kitchen staff, assigning duties and maintaining productivity.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and minimise food wastage.
• Assist in menu planning and the development of new dishes.
• Ensure timely preparation and service during peak hours.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a multi-cuisine kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of Indian, Chinese, and Italian cuisine.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
