Job Description
Minimum Qualification-
Bachelor's Degree (Full-time) from any university/Professional Institution recognized by Government with min 50% of marks.
Experience & Skill Set-
Total 3 years' experience with At least 1 year experience in call centre/client facing role
Job Description-
- Handle user queries through calls, email and other designated channels.
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding services and processes.
- Register and track complaints/grievances and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with concerned teams for resolution and escalation of issues.
- Maintain records of queries, complaints and resolutions.
- Assist users in accessing online portals and digital services.
- Prepare basic reports and perform other duties assigned by the competent authority.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle calls and queries professionally and courteously.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, email and internet applications.
- Ability to work with helpdesk/CRM/ticketing systems and online portals.
- Good documentation and record-maintenance skills.
