Dispatch Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Dispatch Executive to manage and coordinate the timely dispatch of pharmaceutical products. The candidate will ensure accurate order processing, proper documentation, compliance with dispatch procedures, and coordination with internal departments and transport partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify sales orders, invoices, packing slips, and dispatch documents before shipment.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and packing teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Ensure products are packed, labeled, and dispatched as per company SOPs.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch records, transporter details, and shipment tracking reports.
• Coordinate with transporters/courier partners for timely deliveries.
• Monitor dispatch schedules and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
