Job Title: Customer Care Executive (CCE)

Department: Customer Support / Operations

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Day Shift (Morning)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Location: Zirakpur (Head Office)


Job Summary

The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing support over calls, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in customer service or calling profiles.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain customer records and update data in the system.
  • Follow up with customers as required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Maintain daily call reports and work records.
