🚨 Hiring – Customer Care Executive

💼 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (Depends on Interview)

💼 Job Role:

Provide end-to-end support to drivers & customers throughout the ride lifecycle and ensure a smooth customer experience.


📌 Responsibilities:

✔️ Handle customer & driver queries efficiently

✔️ Resolve ride-related issues quickly

✔️ Provide support from ride initiation to completion

✔️ Ensure customer satisfaction & smooth operations


🎯 Requirements:

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support/Customer Care

✅ Calm & professional under pressure

✅ Quick decision-making skills

✅ Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, etc.)

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

✅ Good communication & listening skills
