Customer Care Executive

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, addressing customer concerns, providing updates regarding product transportation, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Follow up with existing clients regarding their orders and service requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries related to product dispatch, transportation, shipment status, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support customer retention.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a professional manner.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their products and services.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and support.
• Requirements:Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, email, and online communication tools.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer interactions efficiently.
• Prior experience in customer service, client coordination, telecalling, or a similar role will be preferred.

Location: Under Railway Bridge, SCO 12-13, Highway, Dhakoli, Zirakpur, Panchkula, Punjab – 160104

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
