Job Title: Chat Executive

We are looking for experienced and customer-focused Chat Executives to handle customer queries through chat support channels. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in chat processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through chat support professionally.
• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
• Maintain proper chat records and follow-ups.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
• Manage multiple chats simultaneously.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills.
• Good typing speed and multitasking ability.
• Customer handling and objection resolution skills.
• Basic computer and chat handling knowledge.

Qualification:

• Graduate with good communication skills.
• Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in Chat Process.
• Salary:Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month
• Working Days: 6days
• Qualification:Graduates preferred.
• Experience:Experience in the chat process customer service
