Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
• Handle statutory audits and liaise with auditors.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and oversee journal entries.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management.
• Advise management on tax planning and financial strategies.
• Implement and optimize accounting systems and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from ICAI.
• 3–8 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST, TDS, and corporate compliance.
• Proficiency in Logic ERP accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the apparel or retail industry.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting and cost management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
