Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the PCD Pharma segment.

Responsibilities

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities.

2. Generate leads and acquire new clients.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.

4. Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

5. Follow up with existing and potential clients.

6. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.

7. Maintain customer records and prepare sales reports.

Requirements

1. Graduate in any field.

2. Minimum 6 months of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (PCD Pharma preferred).

3. Good communication and negotiation skills.

4. Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.

5. Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
