Store Parches Officer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and organized Store Purchase Officer to manage purchasing activities, vendor coordination, inventory requirements, and material procurement. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience and good knowledge of purchase and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day purchase activities and material procurement.
• Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
• Collect quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Raise and process purchase orders as per requirements.
• Monitor material availability and ensure timely procurement.
• Coordinate with the store team for stock and material requirements.
• Maintain purchase records, invoices, and vendor documentation.
• Track pending orders and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
• Verify received materials against purchase orders and invoices.
• Maintain proper inventory and purchase-related records.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Prepare purchase reports and provide updates to management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 5 Years
• English: Intermediate English
• Preferred Courses: BBA, MBA, BBA (Hons.)

• ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
