Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and capable Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead teams, and ensure business objectives are achieved efficiently. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of management experience, strong leadership skills, and an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily business and operational activities.
• Lead, guide, and motivate team members to achieve targets.
• Plan and allocate work according to business requirements.
• Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Develop and implement effective operational strategies.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle employee concerns and resolve operational issues.
• Prepare performance reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Support management in achieving organizational goals.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Post Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 10 Years
• English: Intermediate English
• Preferred Course: MBA

Salary

• ₹50,000 – ₹65,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹65,000
