Service Technician

Hiring – Service Technician We are looking for a Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair driving simulator systems at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission driving simulator systems at customer sites.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on simulator hardware and software.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues.
• Replace faulty components and ensure proper system calibration.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintain service records.
• Provide on-site technical support and user guidance.
• Coordinate with the R&D and Technical Support teams to resolve complex issues.
• Install software updates, patches, and firmware upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.
• Submit service reports, travel reports, and maintenance checklists after each visit.
• Maintain service tools and spare parts inventory.
• Attend emergency breakdown calls and provide timely resolution.
