- Responsible for managing branch operations in the microfinance sector. - Oversee inclusive banking activities across multiple locations including Erode, Coimbatore, Pollachi, and Palladam. - Lead and motivate branch staff to achieve business targets and ensure compliance with financial regulations. - Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Monitor branch performance and implement strategies for growth and risk mitigation. - Coordinate with higher management for reporting and operational improvements. - Ensure adherence to company policies and microfinance best practices.
