Job Title: Individual Group Leader (IGL) – Paytm Merchant Sales

Job Description:
We are hiring an Individual Group Leader (IGL) for Paytm Merchant Sales profile. The role includes handling a team and onboarding merchants for Paytm services like Soundbox, QR code, and payment solutions, along with after-sales service support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of FSEs (Field Sales Executives)
Onboard new merchants for Paytm QR & Soundbox
Ensure activation and usage of devices at merchant outlets
Provide service support and resolve merchant issues
Achieve monthly sales and activation targets
Track team performance and maintain reports
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
Experience in field sales / team handling preferred
Good communication and leadership skills
Own bike & smartphone preferred
