Job Description
Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, engage with customers, and support business growth by generating leads and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Key Responsibilities: Make Inbound & outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads.
- Handle Inbound & Outbound calls and address customer queries effectively.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.
