Job Title: Store Manager / Duty Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth store operations, timely store opening, and adherence to all SOPs and hygiene standards.
• Drive excellent customer service and increase loyalty conversions through effective in-store engagement.
• Manage inventory, stock availability, damages, expiry, shrinkage, and cash handling efficiently.
• Ensure proper planogram execution, space management, and store standards.
• Lead, train, and supervise the store team to drive productivity and achieve operational targets.
• Monitor daily input/output metrics and implement corrective actions where required.
• Maintain store assets and ensure loss prevention through strong process control.
• Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs and share feedback on assortment, availability, and pricing.
• Preferred ProfileExperience in retail store operations.
• Experience in Food & FMCG retail will be an added advantage.
