Role Overview

We are looking for a organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage our day-to-day website operations. The primary focus of this role will be adding new products, maintaining accurate inventory listings, and ensuring our website provides a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Uploads & Management: Accurately upload new products to the website, including writing clear product descriptions, formatting specifications, and setting pricing.
• Image Management: Resize, edit, and upload product images to ensure they meet website standards and look visually appealing.
• Inventory Tracking: Update stock levels regularly and remove or hide out-of-stock items to prevent overselling.
• Website Maintenance: Perform routine checks on the website to ensure all links are working, banners are up to date, and pages are loading correctly.
• Basic SEO Optimisation: Ensure product titles, tags, and descriptions are optimized with relevant keywords to help customers find products easily.
• Requirements & Skills: Prior experience managing an e-commerce website or working in data entry/catalog management.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as [Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Wix, etc.].
• Strong attention to detail with excellent written communication skills for writing product descriptions.
• Basic photo editing skills (e.g., cropping and resizing using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
