Warehouse & Logistics Manager

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to own end-to-end warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics operations for our fast-growing D2C brand.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end warehouse and fulfillment operations.

* Ensure 100% on-time label generation and same-day order processing.

* Coordinate with 3PL and courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries.

* Improve delivery percentage while reducing RTO and order cancellations.

* Drive NDR (Non-Delivery Report) management and ensure maximum order recovery.

* Negotiate and secure the best freight rates and service levels from logistics partners.

* Monitor and resolve courier weight discrepancies to minimize excess freight charges.

* Plan inventory and coordinate purchases to eliminate pending orders and stock-outs.

* Maintain warehouse accuracy through regular stock audits and inventory reconciliation.

* Ensure high packing standards and product quality before dispatch.

* Monitor dispatch SLA, order aging, and warehouse productivity.

* Optimize courier allocation based on delivery performance, cost, and serviceability.

* Build SOPs, train the warehouse team, and continuously improve operational efficiency.

* Track and report key warehouse and logistics KPIs on a daily basis.

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, D2C fulfillment, and logistics.

* Hands-on experience managing 3PL partners and courier aggregators (Shiprocket, Shipway, NimbusPost, etc.).

* Strong knowledge of inventory planning, dispatch management, NDR handling, courier allocation, and warehouse SOPs.

* Experience in negotiating freight rates and managing logistics performance.

* Excellent leadership and process improvement skills
