Warehouse Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy through cycle counts and physical audits.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages and overstocking.
• Process goods receipts, stock transfers, returns, and dispatch documentation.
• Ensure proper stock rotation
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, transporters, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Track inventory movements and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP/WMS systems.
• Ensure optimal warehouse space utilization and material handling practices.
• Prepare inventory, dispatch, and warehouse performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain functions.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and inventory control processes.
