US First-Party Collections Executive (Voice Process)

Job Title -- US First-Party Collections Executive

Location -- Sector 60 Noida

Salary -- Up to 50K Per Month + Incentive

Minimum 1 year of experience in the US Collections Voice Process is mandatory.

As a US First-Party Collections Executive, you will be responsible for interacting with customers over

calls to discuss outstanding payments, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure timely resolution of

delinquent accounts while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

 Handle inbound and outbound collection calls with US-based customers regarding overdue

accounts.

 Educate customers about payment options and negotiate suitable repayment plans.

 Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations during

all customer interactions.

 Accurately document customer conversations, payment commitments, and account updates in

internal systems.

 Meet defined performance metrics, including productivity, quality, and collection targets.

 Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Eligibility Criteria

 Minimum 1 year of experience in the US Collections Voice Process is mandatory.

 Experience in first-party collections will be preferred.

 Both undergraduate and graduate candidates are eligible to apply.

 Excellent verbal communication skills in English are required.

 Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.

 Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational US graveyard shifts.

 Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
