Job Description

About the Role


We are looking for a motivated Tender Executive to manage government and private tendering activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in tender search, document preparation, BOQ handling, and online bid submission.


Key Responsibilities


  • Search and identify relevant tenders from GeM, CPP Portal, State e-Procurement Portals, and private portals.
  • Download and review tender documents.
  • Check eligibility criteria and prepare compliance documents.
  • Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
  • Handle online tender submission using DSC.
  • Prepare and maintain BOQ in MS Excel.
  • Collect quotations from vendors and suppliers.
  • Assist in basic rate analysis and cost estimation.
  • Track corrigendums, bid deadlines, and tender status.
  • Maintain records of submitted tenders and documentation.


Required Skills


  • Knowledge of Government Tender Portals (GeM, CPPP, State Portals)
  • Experience in online tender submission
  • Basic understanding of BOQ and estimation
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PDF editing
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines


Preferred Qualification


  • B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
  • Graduates with relevant tendering experience may also apply.
