Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Tender Executive to manage government and private tendering activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in tender search, document preparation, BOQ handling, and online bid submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant tenders from GeM, CPP Portal, State e-Procurement Portals, and private portals.
- Download and review tender documents.
- Check eligibility criteria and prepare compliance documents.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
- Handle online tender submission using DSC.
- Prepare and maintain BOQ in MS Excel.
- Collect quotations from vendors and suppliers.
- Assist in basic rate analysis and cost estimation.
- Track corrigendums, bid deadlines, and tender status.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders and documentation.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Government Tender Portals (GeM, CPPP, State Portals)
- Experience in online tender submission
- Basic understanding of BOQ and estimation
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PDF editing
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualification
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
- Graduates with relevant tendering experience may also apply.
