JOB DESCRIPTION

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Tender documentation (both online and offline) Managing GeM portal

2. Preparation and submission of documents (General/Technical/Commercial) on the Online Platforms

3. Prepare Offers to Govt/Private Companies/Institution etc

4. ⁠Assist department with all documents support for online tender participation

5. ⁠Liaison with Govt/PSU/Corporate Departments for vendor registration, approvals and renewal

6. ⁠Attending the tender opening and pre-bid meeting when required

7. ⁠Preparation and submission of different type of Bank Guarantees like Bid security and performance Bank guarantees.

8. Meticulously following for getting back the BGs & DDs.

9. Preparing the tender comparative statement, proposals (technical & commercial), and

purchase order and receipt notes.

Experience required: 

Minimum 2-5 years

Salary

4.5 lacs to 6 lacs P.A 

Background: 

Business Development / Construction Industry 

Qualification: 

B.C.A, B.E, M.C.A, M.Tech
