Job Description
- Manage and maintain the company's registration and profile on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
- Regularly monitor GeM portal for tenders, bids, reverse auctions, and business opportunities.
- Upload, update, and manage company products and services on the GeM portal.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, bids, and required compliance documents within deadlines.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations for GeM bids.
- Review Purchase Orders (POs) received through GeM and coordinate with internal departments for execution.
- Track orders from processing to dispatch and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Generate invoices on the GeM portal and monitor payment status.
- Communicate with government buyers and departments through email and telephone.
- Resolve buyer queries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain OEM authorizations, MAFs, certifications, and other compliance-related documents.
- Prepare and submit bid reports, sales reports, and order status reports to management.
- Stay updated with the latest GeM policies, guidelines, and procurement procedures.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and growth prospects through the GeM portal.
