JD for Tender Executive:-

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Tender / GeM Manager to manage government tenders, GeM portal operations, bid submissions, and documentation processes. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing bids, and ensuring timely submission and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Management

• Search and identify relevant government and private tenders.
• Prepare and submit tender documents online/offline.
• Handle complete tendering process from start to finish.
• Review tender requirements, eligibility, and technical specifications.

GeM Portal Handling

• Manage company profile on the Government e Marketplace (GeM) portal.
• Upload products/services and update catalog regularly.
• Participate in bids, reverse auctions, and direct purchase processes.
• Monitor bid status and order updates on GeM.
• Represent the company at pre-bid meetings, site visits, and other project-related conferences as required.

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare technical and commercial documents.
• Maintain tender files, EMD, security deposit, and related records.
• Ensure compliance with tender terms and conditions.

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of GeM portal and e-tendering websites.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and internet operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and deadline management.
