Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to connect with customers, understand their requirements, explain our products/services, and generate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services and handle customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- Handle customer objections professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team and maintain daily calling reports.
Requirements
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in telesales/telecalling/B2C sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
