Position: Loan Sales Executive (Field & Tele Sales)

Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

✅ Generate leads through calls, references, and market visits

✅ Explain loan products to customers and understand their requirements

✅ Assist customers in completing loan documentation

✅ Follow up with customers and banking partners

✅ Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates

✅ Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

✔ Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)

✔ Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers

✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

✔ Sales experience in Banking, Finance, Insurance, or Tele calling will be preferred
