• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products, services, features, and benefits to customers.
• Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up schedules.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
• Provide regular reports on daily calls, leads, and sales performance.
• Required SkillsGood verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
• Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Target-oriented approach and good time management.
• Fluency in Hindi; basic English communication is an advantage.
