Telesales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about sales and building meaningful customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospective customers via phone.
• Explain our products and services in a clear and professional manner.
• Convert leads into appointments and sales.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain customer records and update lead status in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
