Customer Support – Blended Process | Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for a blended process role. The role involves handling both voice calls and non-voice support such as email, chat, or ticket management. The candidate will assist customers by resolving queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally

* Respond to customer queries via chat, email, or support tickets

* Resolve complaints and provide accurate solutions on time

* Maintain customer records and update CRM/tools

* Follow up with customers when required

* Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

* Good communication skills in English and Hindi

* Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

* Ability to handle voice and non-voice interactions

* Problem-solving and customer-handling skills

* Prior customer support/BPO experience is a plus
