Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain SIFA Ayurveda products and services to customers.

Understand customer health concerns and guide them to the appropriate consultant/team.

Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.

Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-up status in CRM/software.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
