As we gear up for our flagship Ladakh Motorcycling Expedition 2026, we are looking for high-performing, enthusiastic Travel Sales Executives to join our core sales team. Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion: Call warm leads and inquiries from adventure enthusiasts interested in the 2026 Ladakh Motorcycling Expedition.

Consultative Selling: Understand the client’s requirements, explain the itinerary in detail, answer queries about high-altitude acclimatization, bike mechanics, and safety protocols.

End-to-End Closing: Follow up diligently with prospects, handle objections, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Relationship Management: Maintain standard documentation, share payment links, and provide excellent pre-trip support to build trust.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily talk-time metrics and monthly booking targets.


Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: At least 1+ years of proven experience specifically in travel package sales (experience selling domestic/international adventure tours or Himalayan itineraries is a massive plus).

Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to pitch with passion and clarity.

Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.

Knowledge: Basic understanding of Ladakh’s geography, best times to visit, and general motorcycle touring culture is highly preferred.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel to manage pipelines.


Compensation Details

Fixed Base Salary: ₹[15000] to ₹[20000] per month (depending on experience).

Incentive Structure: Fixed ₹[Insert Amount] incentive per booking (un-capped).
