Hiring: Telesales Executive

Job Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executive who can communicate effectively with customers, explain travel packages, and convert leads into sales. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude towards sales and customer handling.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

• Explain travel packages and services to customers.

• Generate sales through proper follow-up and convincing skills.

• Maintain customer records and update lead details.

• Coordinate with the operations team for bookings and confirmations.

• Resolve customer queries professionally.

• Achieve monthly sales targets. 

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

• Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.

• Sales experience in travel or telesales will be preferred.

• Positive attitude and team coordination skills.
