Job Description

  • Generate new business leads through outbound calling, database calling, referrals, digital leads, and other lead-generation channels.
  • Make a high volume of professional outbound calls to prospective customers and effectively communicate product benefits.
  • Understand customers’ financial requirements and recommend appropriate products based on their needs and eligibility.
  • Source customers for Home Loans, Personal Loans, Loan Against Property, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Real Estate investments.
  • Follow up consistently with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
  • Convert qualified leads into appointments, applications, and ultimately successful transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, and real estate partners to facilitate the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, applications, and conversions in the company’s CRM/database.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Keep yourself updated about product features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, insurance plans, and real estate offerings.
  • Ensure that all customer communication is professional, transparent, and compliant with applicable company policies and regulations.
