Job Description
- Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Dialing a high volume of potential customers from a provided database to introduce insurance products (Life, Health, Motor, etc.).
- Need Analysis: Asking discovery questions to understand a prospect's financial situation and identifying gaps in their current coverage.
- Product Pitching: Clearly explaining policy benefits, riders, and exclusions in a way that resonates with the customer’s specific needs.
- Objection Handling: Addressing common pushbacks regarding premiums, claim settlement ratios, or "I'll think about it" delays.
