Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Actively research, identify, and prospect new business opportunities using cold calling, email campaigns, professional networks, and social selling tools.
- Customer Conversion: Handle incoming inquiries and warm leads promptly, delivering persuasive sales pitches that address pain points and successfully close sales.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue KPIs set by the company.
- Funnel Management: Qualify prospects efficiently, handle objections confidently, and manage the complete sales lifecycle to maintain a healthy pipeline.
- CRM Discipline: Meticulously update customer records, log sales communications, and track pipeline metrics within the CRM system.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Present our products/services with maximum clarity, energy, and professionalism to build absolute trust with potential clients.
