Telesales Executive

Ensure Dream is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our Health Insurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their insurance requirements, recommending suitable health insurance plans, and converting leads into sales. The role requires excellent communication, customer handling, and convincing skills to achieve sales targets while delivering a positive customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities & TasksMake outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain health insurance plans, features, and benefits.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance policies.
• Generate sales by converting qualified leads.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with interested customers until the sale is completed.
• Maintain customer data and update the CRM system regularly.
• Collect and verify the required customer documents for policy issuance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit daily work reports to the reporting manager.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to build customer relationships and handle objections effectively.
