Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact prospective customers through outbound calls and generate sales leads.
  • Promote and sell Gas Detectors, Fire Safety Products, Breathing Apparatus, PPE, and related industrial safety equipment.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Follow up on inquiries received from IndiaMART, company website, email, and other marketing channels.
  • Prepare and share quotations with customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales and technical team for product information and order processing.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers to close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Update customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities in Excel/CRM.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
  • Collect customer feedback and identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with dispatch and accounts teams regarding order status and payments.
