Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to drive business growth through outbound calling and cold calling activities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, pitching products/services, scheduling meetings, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound and cold calls to prospective customers.
- Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Introduce and explain company products/services to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Schedule appointments, demos, or meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture and convert leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM software.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Handle objections professionally and effectively.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, cold calling, or lead generation (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Comfortable making 80–150+ calls per day.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet targets.
