Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to drive business growth through outbound calling and cold calling activities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, pitching products/services, scheduling meetings, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct high-volume outbound and cold calls to prospective customers.
  • Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Introduce and explain company products/services to potential clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Schedule appointments, demos, or meetings for the sales team.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture and convert leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM software.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
  • Handle objections professionally and effectively.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.


Required Qualifications


  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, cold calling, or lead generation (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
  • Comfortable making 80–150+ calls per day.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet targets.
