Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Making Calls: Contact new leads (cold calling) or follow up with people who showed interest (inbound/outbound calls).
  • Pitching Products: Explain product features, pricing, and special offers clearly.
  • Closing Sales: Answer questions, overcome customer objections, and persuade clients to buy.
  • Logging Data: Update customer details and track sales progress in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software tool. [1, 2, 3, 4]
