Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
• Explain Sublitech products/services (sublimation printing machines, accessories, customized products etc.) to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into orders.
• Maintain customer records and update sales reports.
• Handle customer queries regarding pricing, products, and orders.
• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
• Build good relationships with customers for repeat business.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English).
• Sales-oriented mindset.
• Ability to convince customers over calls.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM).
• Experience in telesales/customer handling preferred.
