JOB DESCRIPTION

Telesales Executive – Vehicle Scrapping

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate, follow up, and convert leads for vehicle scrappage services.
  • Handle customer interactions, negotiations, and sales closures.
  • Provide vehicle evaluation and competitive scrap quotations.
  • Coordinate customer documentation and vehicle pickup with the RVSF.
  • Maintain CRM, sales reports, and customer records.
  • Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales/Telesales/Inside Sales; automotive experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Target-oriented with good follow-up and relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
