Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, explaining company services, and converting inquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads
• Explain company services and offerings professionally
• Generate and qualify sales leads
• Follow up with interested customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
• Maintain customer database and daily call reports
• Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead management

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
• Confidence in handling outbound/inbound calls
• Familiarity with MS Excel and CRM tools is a plus
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Hindi & English communication required
