Telesales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Generating leads: Contacting potential and existing customers to inform them of products, services, and offers 
• Customer support: Answering product-related questions, taking incoming calls, and following up with customers 
• Maintaining customer relationships: Keeping customers engaged, collecting and documenting customer information, and liaising with other departments 
• Market research: Conducting market research and preparing sales reports 
• Meeting sales quotas: Meeting sales quotas and handling rejection 
• Staying informed: Being aware of industry trends and updating customers on new launches 

Candidates from the Real Estate / Insurance / Financial Services industry will be preferred.

Age should not be more than 30 years.
