Job SummaryWe are looking for a Machine Sales Executive / Technical Sales Engineer with experience in machine or industrial equipment sales. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable machine solutions, managing enquiries, conducting technical presentations, following up with prospects, and converting qualified leads into successful orders.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and manage machine sales enquiries from initial contact to order closure.
• Understand customer requirements, production capacity, product specifications, and process needs.
• Develop strong technical knowledge of company machines, applications, capacities, and utilities.
• Present machine specifications, benefits, working processes, quotations, and commercial terms to customers.
• Maintain regular and systematic follow-ups to convert qualified leads.
• Coordinate machine trials, demonstrations, technical discussions, and customer feedback.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with technical, R&D, production, and commercial teams for customized requirements.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, machine technologies, and customer requirements.
• Ensure accurate communication and avoid unauthorized technical or commercial commitments.
• Coordinate post-sales activities including manufacturing, dispatch, installation, and commissioning.
• Maintain accurate enquiry, follow-up, and customer information in the CRM/lead sheet.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 2 year of experience in machine sales, industrial equipment sales, food-processing machinery, or technical sales.
• Good technical understanding of machines and industrial processes.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent client handling, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to learn new machines, applications, and food-processing technologies.
