Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1 -Make outbound calls to prospective clients.

2-Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding properties.

3-Explain project details, pricing, and offers to customers.

4-Generate and maintain customer leads in the database.

5-Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.

6-Follow up with interested customers regularly.

7-Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service.

8-Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

9-Update call records and customer feedback accurately

.

Required Skills-

1-Good communication and interpersonal skills.

2-Basic knowledge of real estate sales and customer handling.

3-Confidence in speaking over phone calls.

4-Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.

5-Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, etc.).

6-Fluent in Hindi and basic English communication preferred.
