About the Role

Quick Web Solutions is hiring a driven Telesales Executive Team Leader for our night shift operations. You will manage our telesales team, track daily performance, and grow sales conversions. You will coach your team, collect daily reports, and ensure every executive meets their targets during the 10 PM – 7 AM shift.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of telesales executives during night shift Collect and review daily performance reports from all team members Monitor call quality, lead follow-ups, and pipeline activity Set conversion targets and drive strategies to exceed them Conduct regular team briefings and one-on-one coaching sessions Identify underperformance and implement corrective action plans Refine sales scripts and objection-handling techniques Report shift performance summaries to management

Requirements

3–6 years of telesales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role Comfortable working night shift (10 PM – 7 AM) — mandatory Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong team management and coaching skills Excellent verbal communication skills Comfortable with CRM tools and daily reporting Data-driven approach to performance tracking
