India IVF Fertility is looking for a dynamic and compassionate Telesales Executive to join our team in Noida. Candidates with experience in IVF hospitals, fertility centers, healthcare telesales, telecalling, or patient counseling are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective patients.

✅ Counsel patients regarding IVF treatments, procedures, and services.

✅ Generate and qualify leads, schedule doctor consultations, and drive patient registrations.

✅ Follow up with potential patients and maintain strong relationships.

✅ Update and manage patient data in CRM systems.

✅ Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

✅ Maintain confidentiality and provide empathetic support to patients.

Requirements:

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✔ Experience in telesales, telecalling, patient counseling, or healthcare sales.

✔ IVF/Fertility healthcare background preferred.

✔ Knowledge of CRM software and basic computer skills.

✔ Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

✔ Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

✔ Graduate in any discipline preferred.
