Job Description
Lead Generation: Make outbound cold calls to potential customers to introduce and promote ongoing real estate projects and investment opportunities.
Client Consultation: Understand customer requirements, explain property features (location, amenities, size), and pitch suitable residential or commercial options.
Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule on-site property visits or virtual meetings between prospective clients and senior sales executives or real estate agents.
Database Management: Log detailed notes, track follow-ups, and continuously update customer records within the company's CRM Software.
Follow-ups: Nurture leads by regularly following up to gauge interest, address objections, and guide clients through the buying process.
