Role: Customer Service Associate – Voice (Collections Process)

Location: Noida sector 16

Role Overview: The Customer Service Associate will handle outbound and inbound voice calls for the collections process, communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments, resolve queries, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive customer calls related to payment collections.
• Remind customers about due or overdue payments.
• Explain payment options, dues, and account status.
• Negotiate payment commitments within company guidelines.
• Address customer concerns professionally and courteously.
• Update customer information and call outcomes in the system.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.
• Follow compliance and company policies during customer interactions.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Clear pronunciation and professional phone etiquette.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections and difficult conversations.
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts as per business requirements.

Eligibility

• Undergraduate, Graduate, or Postgraduate candidates.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, BPO, collections, or sales is an advantage.
