Job Summary:

 Yesha Enterprises is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tally Caller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating interest in personal loan products, verifying customer requirements, and maintaining accurate call records. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

·      Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.

·      Explain personal loan products, offers, and eligibility criteria.

·      Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

·      Follow up with interested customers and schedule callbacks as required.

·      Verify customer information and maintain accurate records in the CRM or calling software.

·      Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

·      Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

·      Maintain call quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

·      Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth loan processing.

Required Skills

·      Good communication skills in Hindi (English communication will be an added advantage).

·      Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

·      Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.

·      Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

·      Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-focused approach.

Eligibility

·      Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)

·      Experience: Fresher or 6 months to 2 years of experience in Tele calling, Tele sales, BPO, or Personal Loan Sales.
